I recently stayed at a hotel in Shanghai for a business trip and I must say, I was impressed! the location was ideal - close to public transport and with great restaurants nearby. the hotel offered fast and efficient wifi. As someone who relies heavily on internet access for work, this was a major plus. And lastly, I appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms.

While my overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few minor things that bothered me. For one, some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times.

The location was a huge negative aspect, as it was far from any public transportation. Additionally, the staff had very poor English skills, and were not helpful or informative. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to sleep, and we could hear neighbors' conversations and running water. it was a disappointing experience.
